Fiorela is an independent Shopify-powered online fashion retailer registered in Germany. Registered address: Norduferstraße, 66538 Neunkirchen, Germany.

You confirm that you are aged 18 years or older (the age of majority in Germany), or you are accessing and purchasing from this site with the full consent and supervision of a legal guardian. You agree not to use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, malicious, hacking or disruptive activities that harm website operation or violate German legislation and GDPR.

We take reasonable steps to ensure product photographs, sizing charts, colour representations, pricing and stock levels are accurate, but absolute freedom from error cannot be warranted. Minor colour variations caused by screen display differences are not classified as faulty goods.

Product availability and listed prices are subject to modification without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct obvious technical pricing errors and cancel incorrectly priced orders before dispatch, with a full refund issued to the customer.

An automated order confirmation email only acknowledges receipt of your purchase request and does not represent a binding contract acceptance. We reserve the right to decline orders for failed payment authorisation, invalid delivery address, fraud detection, out-of-stock merchandise or policy violations, with full refunds processed accordingly.
